At Auto Pure Mobile Detailing in Houston, TX, we are equipped to handle various weather conditions and will always do our best to complete your service as scheduled. In many cases, we can work inside your garage or under our detailing canopy to continue servicing your vehicle.


However, for more severe conditions—such as extreme heat, heavy rain, or flooding—we may need to reschedule your appointment. If this happens, we will notify you in advance to find a suitable alternative. Our priority is ensuring the highest quality service while keeping both your vehicle and our team safe.

 We cover Houston, TX and surrounding neighboring cities. We also offer out-of-state detailing! Due to high demand driven by our social media presence, we frequently travel to provide our services outside of Texas. However, out-of-state appointments require a different booking process and cannot be scheduled through our standard online system.

 Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power. 

 We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment. 

 Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtyness of the vehicle. On average it takes 1.5-3.5 hours for an Exterior Detail job. It takes 1.5-3.5 hours for an Interior Detail job, and it takes 2-5 hours for a Full Detail job. 

 Our pricing reflects the quality and attention to detail we provide in every service. However, if you’re looking to have multiple vehicles detailed, we are open to discussing possible pricing adjustments.
For inquiries about multi-car discounts or special arrangements, please contact us directly. We’re more than happy to see if we can work out a solution that fits your needs while maintaining our high standards of service. 

 We accept cash and all major credit & debit card holders as well as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal. 

 Yes, we highly recommend removing all personal belongings and items from your vehicle before your appointment. This allows us to provide the most thorough and efficient detail possible without any obstacles.

However, if you’re unable to clear out your vehicle beforehand, we can place your belongings in a bag for you at no additional charge. The only exception would be in cases of excessive clutter or severe buildup—such as hoarder-level conditions—which may require an additional fee. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and effective detailing experience while respecting your belongings.
